I know what it feels like to have a vision inside you, but question how to bring it to life. When I first discovered Human Design, I was fascinated but frustrated. There was so much information, and very little of it explained how to actually use it to feel confident or empowered in real life
For years, I struggled with self-doubt, perfectionism, and hiding behind fear. I wanted to express myself authentically, but I didn’t know where to start. Once I began applying Human Design in a practical way, everything changed. I finally understood how my energy worked, how to use my voice, and how to create from alignment instead of pressure.

Hi, I’m Karla, a licensed psychotherapist, mindset coach, and Reflector in Human Design with a 4/6 profile and the Right Angle Cross of the Sphinx.
For over a decade, I’ve helped people uncover who they truly are, break free from limiting beliefs, and build the confidence to express themselves fully. My work blends psychology, spirituality, and science, combining tools like Human Design, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and EFT Tapping with the timeless principles of personal development greats.
As a Reflector, I see the world through energetic sensitivity and deep awareness. My role is to mirror truth and direction back to others, to help you see yourself clearly and align with your highest potential. Through my 4/6 profile, I bring both lived experience and wisdom, teaching from real transformation- not theory. And with the Right Angle Cross of the Sphinx, my purpose is to help people find their direction, to guide you back to your inner compass with clarity and confidence.
I created My Brand Frequency because I know what it’s like to doubt your voice and question your purpose. I spent years hiding, overthinking, and trying to be what I thought I “should” be. Human Design helped me finally understand: my energy, my sensitivity, and my rhythm. It gave me permission to stop forcing and start aligning.
Today, I teach from that same truth. This course combines my background in psychology and energy work with my lived experience as a Reflector and intuitive guide. My mission is to help you feel seen, confident, and in control of your energy so that you can express your gifts with ease, clarity, and conviction.
